Aja Malia Coon is a prop stylist for interior, tabletop, lifestyle, and still life projects/photoshoots/work. She loves the push and pull between modern and organic, using simple, elegant, and natural elements to build unique compositions. Just as much as she always tries to add unexpected props that surprise and delight, she knows you can’t force the magic. Aja’s approach to prop styling is the same as her approach to life: Go out in the world, see the variety it has to offer, and follow all those odd little paths, because they will take you to interesting places and inspire new ideas. She lives in Oakland and has an addiction to swimming and a cat named Tina.
